Faithbridge United Methodist Church retained RNL to assist the Church in the development of a long-range facilities master plan and to design the Phase I facilities. RNL began by conducting programming interviews/meetings with the Church leadership, including the heads of all the various ministries, to develop an understanding of the Church ministries and to develop the Church’s long-term space needs.
Following the completion of the space needs program, which showed a need for approximately 300,000 sf of space and 2,700 parking spaces at build-out, the RNL team began work on developing the long-range Site Master Plan, as well as determining and master planning the Phase I facilities. The resultant master plan includes a 3,000-seat worship center, large atrium/lobby, children’s space for 1,200, student center for 1,000, administrative space, a fellowship center, family life center, prayer center and chapel.
Phase I facilities consisting of a 1000-seat multi-purpose worship space, children’s classrooms, student space and administrative offices make up the 50,000 sf Phase I campus.
