Hue Lofts at Art Central is a new high-rise mixed-use residential development located in the heart of the Arts District in downtown Las Vegas. This rapidly developing area has a unique presence and unusual demand for housing. Situated midway between the new and the old &qout;Strips,&qout; it is part of the revitalization of downtown Las Vegas into a vibrant, modern and urban center.

The celebration of art and its connection to living is a central theme in the design. Galleries and other exhibition spaces are found throughout with a particular focus on the street level exhibition space. Through the provision of these types of spaces, the Arts District will have a central gathering place and focus.

The mixed-use development includes 6,500 sf of street level retail and 278 for-sale condominiums. At 38 stories, the tower features predominantly two-story units featuring twenty-foot tall, open glazing facing the Strip beyond. The podium consists of six stories of parking and ground level retail and amenity spaces. Exterior materials are predominately metal panel and curtain wall glazing with precast concrete at the podium levels.
