The Holly Creek Independent Living facility is Phase One of a 320,000 sf multi-story combined independent living and assisted living facility. In addition to the multi-story building, the Holly Creek complex includes about 50 residential single family cottages which share some of the amenities in the main building. Phase One consists of 120 independent living apartments (one and two bedroom), underground parking, swimming pool, spa and health club, community dining and various other amenities.

The client desired a regional feeling to the architecture and interior design. RNL accomplished this through the use of materials that transition inside and outside, through exposed architectural finishes and millwork and through the use of interior landscape features which include stone and water.

RNL is the Architect of Record as well as providing interior design services for both this facility and the entire Holly Creek complex.
