Union Park Parcel F is the first major commercial high rise to be built as a part of a 61-acre mixed use urban master planned development in downtown Las Vegas. It is programmed as a mix of residential unit types including street-level town homes, mid to high-rise residential and urban lofts over retail space. It will also include wrapped structured parking for both residential and retail uses.

The new development is being designed for LEED certification and will incorporate many amenity spaces to appeal to the residential demographic of single professionals, empty nesters, and secondary home buyers.
