The Capella Hotel and Residences, located in the Turtle Creek Neighborhood in Dallas, is a 22-story mixed-use project with a spectacular view of the city skyline. It will house a five star hotel with 60 guest rooms on the lower levels, with 50 luxury condominium units above. Additional amenities include a restaurant and lounge on the ground floor, and an extensive hotel spa on level two with a landscaped outdoor amenity deck with a swimming pool. The building will have three levels of underground parking. The project is being completed in association with Hariri Pontarini Architects.
