One Steamboat Place is a mixed use residential program space at the base of Mount Werner in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The project includes a two-level parking garage under a public plaza, retail at the plaza level and 80 high-end residential units.

Both fractional and whole ownership units are included as well as limited employee and affordable housing units. The typical unit is large (approx 2,500 sf), 4 bedroom plus 4.5 baths. Luxurious features include heated tile bath floors, steam showers, fireplaces in living and master bedroom, built in gas grills and hot tubs on decks, gas ranges, and even heated towel bars.

A key issue is the direct relationship and adjacency to the main gondola building, several other retail and lodging buildings, and a new gondola from an adjacent property. The facility is literally at “ground zero” for the Steamboat Ski Company. The development plan was created in association with CCY.
