A custom built-in buffet line will grace the east end of the restaurant with an exhibition finishing cooking line as the visual focal point. The overall experience is comfortable and grand. Rich wood, stone and natural materials, as well as soft velvet fabrics and decorative sheer entry curtains create a dining atmosphere of comfortable, innovative architectural elements and functional spatial relationships.

While the restaurant is voluminous, the space plan functions very intimately with three progressive seating schemes, from banquette to private booth. Movement within the space is very fluid and straightforward, with all tables and seating areas designed to accommodate large parties and substantial amounts of food.
