Al Juzor Islands is a proposed real estate development project on several existing and man-made islands in the Arabian Gulf. SEBA commissioned Roya International as the development advisor/project manager and RNL as the Master Planning and Conceptual Design Consultant. The resulting Master Plan is an environmentally-friendly, low density, resort and lifestyle-oriented residential development. development will be pedestrian-oriented in scale with no vehicular access to the islands, thereby creating a special environment.

The Al Juzor Islands project consists of many different islands in two separate island clusters: the Residential/Hotel Islands and the Boutique Resort Islands. The Residential Islands make up approximately 174 hectares of the overall site and include a major Marina and retail promenade that is the “front door” of the project, as well as several residential sites, hotel sites, and open space/park spaces. The Boutique Resort Islands would have approximately 160 guest rooms, including 60 over-water bungalow units.
