The resort hotel, just off the Ring Road, overlooks the beach and the adjacent marina. Retail and entertainment uses leading from the hotel line the quay on the east side of the marina, where additional hotel rooms are located. The hotel includes a main building and several bungalows related to the Gulf shore and landscaped hotel grounds. Outdoor pools, fountains and sitting areas provide comfortable places for guest to relax. Along with the neighboring golf course resort, this hotel creates a critical mass of resort use on this part of the beach.
