The Yiti master plan sensitively blends a mixed-use residential, commercial, and hospitality development with an exquisite and challenging site along the Indian Ocean. The 260 hectare site offers steep mountain slopes facing the ocean, narrow valley floors, seasonally active wadis, pristine beaches, and a tidal flow wetland area.

The project consists of a Central Village and Marina district strategically located away from the wetlands and environmentally sensitive beaches. The Central Village includes retail, residential, and hotel components. Several residential villages are nestled in the valleys and along the hilltops and cascading down the slope to take advantage of the ocean views and breezes. A beach resort hotel and spa and a championship level golf course provide recreational amenities to the residents and visitors. A significant area was set aside as a natural reserve along the wadi and sensitive coastal areas, including a turtle nesting area.
