The alliance of RNL and Charles Group International designed the Biqi Lane City Center as an energetic urban attraction in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. It is conceived as an organic garden environment offering public gathering place, street and enclosed entertainment and shopping, a Grade A office tower and 900 units of high-quality residences overlooking the Grand Canal. An oval-shaped vertical entertainment space is located at the center of the mall, accessible from either inside the center or from the dining canal. This area is designed to accommodate large-scale entertainment and exhibition events, including music, dance and acrobatics.
