The design for Issacson Rosenbaum’s new space focused on three goals: making it space efficient, collaborative and flexible. These were accomplished by reducing the space to one floor plate, standardizing the attorney office size to help reduce overall square footage, placing administrative support in close proximity to the attorneys, and including multi-functional rooms throughout the plan. A palette of warm, indigenous and natural materials provides a domestic and comfortable appeal. Special emphasis was placed on promoting views to the outside and pulling natural light into all parts of the floor plate.
