RNL designed two 40-story towers that encompass high-end retail, office space, apartments and condominiums, and a 50-room boutique hotel on a newly reclaimed island at the center of Al Raha Beach. Other amenities include direct access to the beach, open space, pools, sky terraces and a full-service concierge. The retail component incorporates a variety of restaurants, supporting services and boutiques. Site features include a marina, luxury waterfront homes and pedestrian paths linked to the water’s edge. The site is linked to adjacent developments by a landscaped boulevard and commuter light rail, which connects the Abu Dhabi airport with downtown.
