Hue Lofts at Art Central is a mixed-use residential development in downtown Las Vegas’ arts district, a rapidly developing area that is revitalizing the urban center. The celebration of art and its connection to living is a central theme of the project, which features galleries and exhibition spaces, 6,500 sf of street-level retail and 278 for-sale condominiums. At 38 stories, the tower features mostly two-story units highlighted by 20-ft-high open glazing facing the famed Vegas “Strip.” The building’s podium consists of six stories of parking, ground-level retail and other amenities. Exterior materials are predominately metal panel and curtain wall glazing with precast concrete at the podium levels.
