University Physicians Inc. selected RNL to provide interior design services for its LEED-Gold building at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Knowing UPI serves as a resource for patients and physicians, RNL developed a concept of soft curves that reflect an open arm embrace and ties into the exterior building shape. Wood and stone finishes blend with softer hues of green to provide a calming palette. During space planning, preservation of views and natural daylight were carefully considered to ensure even light infiltration for open and private offices. The project included creation of a cafeteria/catering kitchen and the Lilly Marks Boardroom on the first floor to allow easy access for tenants and visitors.
