Lend Lease Communities’ charge to RNL was to create a work environment that echoed its commitment to live and breathe their corporate values – respect, integrity, innovation, collaboration and excellence – inspire “green thinking” and foster a high level of collaboration and productivity. The design solution for the compact space included an open floor plan with a variety of meeting spaces to foster interaction, natural lighting, water- and energy saving fixtures, equipment and appliances and furnishings and millwork produced with low-emitting adhesives and rapidly renewable or recycled materials. The result: an innovative office that earned LEED-CI Gold certification.
