RNL led a strategic facility planning effort to determine the optimum space use strategy for CSG’s offices in Omaha, Nebraska, a facility accommodating approximately 1,100 staff with a current capacity for 1,300. The new facility is the result of a collaborative planning process with all department directors and facility teams providing solutions that would energize the workforce and improve employee recruitment and retention. The result is just over 200,000 SF and provides increased collaboration and training space as well as abundant daylight and exterior views.
