The Al Ghadeer Retail Boulevard is a mixed-use street at the heart of the Al Ghadeer community. RNL was asked to provide conceptual architecture for the mixed-use commercial, retail, residential building that line the street, as well as develop a concept that would accommodate parking, café/seating areas, and streetscape, while still providing fluidity of travel for the pedestrian and automobile. To help establish a friendly and comfortable pedestrian environment, a long canopy was weaved through the retail street near the building during the conceptual development phase.
