RNL master planned this new development, which consists of 470,000 square meters of built up area on a newly reclaimed island of 235,000 square meters. Located at the center of the Al Raha Beach development, it will consist of residential, office, retail, cultural and recreational uses focused on a pedestrian promenade linking the marina with the beach. This promenade will be lined with restaurants and retail shops providing an active, pedestrian-friendly environment. Lu’luat Al Raha is linked to adjacent developments via a landscaped boulevard and commuter light rail system, which connects the Abu Dhabi airport with downtown Abu Dhabi.
