RNL prepared a mixed use neighborhood master plan for this site located at the intersection of Tower Road and 64th Avenue in Denver. The project is part of a 1600 acre new community near major access roads to Denver International Airport, northeast of downtown Denver, Colorado. The master plan was developed to include a village square of retail and residential uses, apartment complexes, a hotel, and office space organized around a main town square.
