RNL designed this 22-story, Class AA office tower in downtown Denver, the first high-rise office building constructed in the Central Business District (CBD) in more than 25 years. Certified LEED-CS Platinum, the project features 9’6” ceilings with nearly full-height glass and 24,500-sf floor plates. 1800 Larimer presents a new face on each of its sides, with this distinctive exterior concealing a remarkably efficient floor plate. Set back from 18th Street, the building form a plaza on 18th and Larimer streets, with landscape elements that flow through the structural glass-glazed lobby. 1800 Larimer houses the regional headquarters for Xcel Energy on 13 floors, for which RNL also provided the interior design.
