Issacson Rosenbaum is a premier law firm that has been successfully practicing in Denver since the early 1960s. They currently occupy approximately 40,000 sf between the 21st, 22nd and 23rd floors at 633 17th Street, in the heart of downtown. In their new location, they will consolidate their overall occupancy footprint to approximately 34,000 sf on the 18th floor of 1001 17th Street, a LEED CS Silver building. The project is pursuing LEED CI certification.
The design focus of the project is to make the space efficient, collaborative, and flexible. These goals are accomplished by reducing the space to one floorplate, standardizing the attorneys office size to help reduce overall square footage, planning the administrative support to be in close proximity to the attorneys, and including multi-functional rooms throughout the plan.
This project is pursuing LEED certification. The materials palette is comprised of warm, indigenous and natural materials, consistent with LEED requirements. Soft colors and textures provide a domestic and comfortable appeal. A special emphasis is placed on promoting views to the outside, and pulling natural light into all parts of the floor plate.
