The concept behind RNL’s new Denver office was created by determining a focal point in the space that guides people through both floors in an experience that allows the user to get a feel for the work, culture, and design excellence of our firm.

The experience begins with the wide open space of the reception area. With twelve foot high ceilings, glass fronted conference rooms, and abundant natural light, the gracious reception area is perfect for presentations, client tours, and entertainment. The focal point of the space is the connecting stair which leads you seamlessly between the two floors to more conferencing above. Beneath the stair is the ‘hub’ where it will be possible to discuss your latest project over coffee while projecting presentations to the large projection screen or flat-panel TV.

The entire space is vibrant with bold accent colors over a sleek background of black carpeting with white and aluminum systems furniture. This project is also projected to achieve a LEED Gold rating by utilizing natural daylight, using recycled and re-used materials, and using energy efficient lighting and mechanical systems.
