The Business Building remodel will provide a flexible and accessible space to house the Business instructional courses. All 15 classrooms will incorporate significant technology infrastructure to support state-of-the-art teaching equipment and pedagogy. Classrooms and supporting facilities will allow maximum interdepartmental collaboration and resource sharing. The Business Building supports the College’s mission to prepare students to participate responsibly in a culturally diverse, technological and global society, for successful transfer to colleges and universities and for employment and advancement in chosen careers. This facility will support increased partnership opportunities with business and industry.

The exterior of the building and its surrounding site will be developed to be inviting and promote student & faculty interaction. Exterior lighting will complement the look and provide added security for students and staff. Additional space for students to study and collaborate, building storage and telecommunication rooms are incorporated into the building program. The entire building will be upgraded to meet current building and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) code requirements.
