The Glendale Community College North Campus is an extension of Glendale Community College dedicated to serving the higher education needs of the Northwest Valley residents. The multi-phase campus is being developed over 75-acres with the initial Phase One adding over 67,000 sf of construction. The new construction improves student services through the addition of on-site advisement, enrollment services, library, bookstore, fitness/wellness and food service facilities. Instruction space will include flexible classrooms and various science labs. A central plant along with related site improvements, utility infrastructure and parking will also be implemented. The total build-out of the GCCN campus is planned to accommodate a student population of over 10,000 FTE at 340,000 gsf.
