Sentosa Cove is an exclusive marina-oriented residential community located on reclaimed land located along the eastern edge of Sentosa Island, approximately one kilometer off the southern shore of Singapore. The entire 400 hectare island has been sensitively developed with cultural and recreational uses for local Singaporeans and visiting tourists.

The Sentosa Cove development site is immediately adjacent to the existing 36-hole Golf Club, one of Singapore’s premier golfing facilities. The project consists of 114 hectares of land and features a central deep-water yacht club, and resort hotel. To the north and south of the marina is a series of private navigation channels, accessing over 2,500 residential units. These consist of 1-2 story single family detached bungalows, 2-3 story attached terrace homes and 4-6 story condominium complexes
