Commercial/Mixed-Use

RNL creates integrated architectural, planning, and design solutions for large-scale, global mixed-use projects. We deliver inspired design to major developers in a variety of cultural and commercial settings around the world.

Mixed-use development provides an incredible opportunity to improve our cities through architecture that engages people with their surroundings and enhances the fabric of the community. No building exists in isolation. Because of their scale, mixed-use projects offer a chance for design to have global impact in a way other typical projects may not.

RNL finds excitement in bringing together a combination of uses to result in a place that is vibrant at all hours of the day, from early morning coffee, to efficient and inspiring places to work, to relaxation and enjoyment of amenities after the work is done. Creative architecture grabs attention through geometric variation, the play of light and form and by creating intrigue about what lies within. The texture of the streetscape is an inviting place, promoting excitement and creating a continuing urban landscape as varied as the people that inhabit the city.
