Our client needed a creative solution to reposition an existing building in Greenwood Village. The existing core had been finished out for multiple tenants and now needed the office functions consolidated to create a single tenant space. In the building’s final state there would be call, data, and training centers; catering and reception capabilities; as well as traditional administration and executive office space.

The challenge was to pull their multiple office functions together into a single cohesive, flowing space. By utilizing some of the existing base building finishes, and blending them with fresh, complementary materials and detailing, we were able to create an award-winning space that reflects the client’s culture and budget.
